About the author

Lola Zao-Sanders

Lola Zao-Sanders has been practising mindfulness and meditation for over 12 years. She is a qualified Yoga Therapist with the British Council for Yoga Therapy, a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and a registered yoga instructor (RYT200) and teaches prenatal yoga to pregnant women. She is also the creator of Yoga Therapy Space.

Clare Morris

Professor Clare Morris has more than 30 years of experience of teaching maths and statistics to business students in some of the UK’s leading business schools, including Warwick Business School and the Cardiff University Business School. Clare holds an MA degree from the University of Oxford, and MSc and PhD from the University of Bristol. She is a Chartered Statistician and Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society, and has worked as a statistical consultant for major companies including Hewlett-Packard and Land Rover, as well as for a number of UK Government departments.

Harold Graycar

Harold Graycar, who created the Business Analysis course, has been a “power user” and developer of Excel applications since the product was launched, and has developed a number of Excel modelling tools for financial applications, workforce planning, HR profile analysis and transaction logging. His focus is always on how to increase productivity with better hands-on numerate and information presentation skills.

Andreas Loizou

Communication, Influence & Teams and Business Writing are authored by Andreas Loizou. As Leader in Residence at Leeds University Business School, he has a history of working with MBA students, and he is a widely published author who has done research for BNP Paribas and Goldman Sachs, and was Director of Training at the Financial Times.

Cathy Presland

Cathy Presland is a former economist and advisor to Governments internationally. She has designed and led global anti-poverty initiatives and negotiated EU regulations on behalf of the UK government. She now trains and mentors other experts who want to share their experience and ideas, particularly those who want to write and publish ‘how-to’ books.

Chris Littlewood

Chris Littlewood's first experience of Microsoft applications was as a PhD student, conducting particle physics experiments in Geneva. Since then he's worked in strategy and rail industry financial planning. From corporates to the public sector, he's found the same simple skills to be key to the presentation of research and analysis. Chris is a co-founder at Excel with Business.
