Excel with Business is closing down
Sadly, after 13 years of service, we will be closing down our shop on 2nd December, 2022. We're sad to say goodbye and we hope you've enjoyed learning with us.
We're sure you have a few questions, so we've compiled FAQs below.
Will courses still be on sale before you close down?
We will be archiving all of our products by 12th August, 2022. After that point, our courses will no longer be for sale.
Will I be able to access anything after 2nd December 2022?
No, unfortunately after the 2nd December 2022, you will not be able to login to the website or access it. If you do have any courses you wish to complete, please do so before this time.
We will be sending reminders out before this time to ensure you get the most out of our system before it is closed.
What happens to my subscription?
We will be manually cancelling all subscriptions by 2nd September 2022. If you have an annual subscription that you have purchased before then, please get in touch with us and we will give you a partial refund.
What can I access before you close down?
Can I get a refund if I have lifetime access or lifetime membership?
Unfortunately, partial refunds only apply to customers who have purchased an annual subscription from us that ends after 2nd December 2022.
For Lifetime membership or access, refunds do not apply unless purchased within 8th July, 2022 - 8th August, 2022.
‘Lifetime Access’ means the lifetime of Excel with Business and your access to our content. As the company is shutting down, this will no longer be possible to access.
Can I download the courses I have purchased?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to download our courses.
They can still be accessed on our website, and we suggest that you finish any courses you have access to as soon as possible before the shutdown date of 2nd December, 2022.
